01Can you host something you didn't build?

Yes. We start with an audit of the current setup, agree a migration window, and move it in stages. Most migrations run with no user-visible downtime.

02What is not included?

Third-party licences, paid APIs, and outbound email volume are billed at cost. Everything on the plan list is included at the stated price.

03Do we own the infrastructure?

Yes. Everything is defined as code in a repository you own. If you leave, you take the whole setup with you — nothing is locked to us.

04What counts as an incident?

Anything that degrades service for real users: downtime, elevated error rates, or performance falling below the thresholds we agree at onboarding.

05Can plans change mid-term?

Up at any time, effective immediately. Down at the end of a billing month. No exit fees either way.
